Galac Tac Retribution PRP Patch

Hi, there used to be a PRP Patch for Galac Tac Retribution but the mod author set the mod to hidden and I can't find it anywhere else. Does somebody still have the patch and would share it? The area with the faction base is all messed up without the patch.
