Owner & Founder

Founded in 2021 on a deep appreciation for outdoors and a vision for a better way of working, Cyrus Copen is the driving force behind the company. He founded the business after recognizing a need for more sustainable, thoughtful, and quieter landscape practices at scale for the Northampton area. With a background in language studies, Cyrus brings a unique perspective to the landscaping industry. His education strengthened his attention to detail and communication skills, shaping how he listens to clients and approaches each project. He believes every property tells a story and works to create outdoor spaces that reflect both the natural environment and the people who use them. 

Cyrus not only has a strong commitment to his clients, but also to building a strong team. He believes great work comes from people who are respected and fairly compensated. He is dedicated to creating dignified green collar jobs that offer stability, growth, and pride. By investing in his team and paying fair wages, he ensures the company’s values are reflected in both its work and its people. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, drawing inspiration from nature. For him, landscaping is more than a service—it’s a way to care for the environment and create meaningful work that has a positive impact each and every day. 

Robyn Reynolds

Operations Manager

Robyn Reynolds brings over a decade of landscaping experience and a deep passion for plants to her role as Operations Manager. With more than 10 years in the industry, Robyn has developed a reputation for her sharp eye, strong leadership, and exceptional pruning skills—earning her the nickname “Pruning Genius” among both clients and crew.

Horticulturally curious by nature, Robyn is constantly exploring new plant varieties, techniques, and sustainable practices to keep our services fresh and forward-thinking. Her love for plant health and landscape aesthetics drives her to stay hands-on in the field, even while managing the day-to-day operations of our team.

As Operations Manager, Robyn ensures that every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and up to our highest standards. Her ability to balance big-picture oversight with a detailed understanding of plant care makes her an invaluable part of our leadership. Outside of work, Robyn enjoys biking and spending time outdoors, always drawing inspiration from the natural world around her. Her dedication, curiosity, and calm professionalism set the tone for our entire team—and help us deliver outstanding landscapes every time.

Robert Millsop

Landscape Maintenance Technician

Robert Millsop brings curiosity, care, and commitment to his role as a Landscape Maintenance Technician. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for the natural environment, Robert is especially skilled at identifying invasive species and helping restore balance to the landscapes he maintains. His thoughtful approach ensures that every outdoor space he works on stays healthy, resilient, and thriving.

Beyond his technical abilities, Robert is known for his deep compassion—for both the environment and his teammates. He approaches every day with a strong sense of camaraderie, making him a reliable and supportive presence on the crew. Whether he's tackling a tough job or lending a hand to a fellow technician, Robert brings positive energy and professionalism to everything he does.

Outside of landscaping, Robert enjoys floating—whether in sensory deprivation tanks or out in the open ocean. These quiet moments reflect his calm, introspective nature and deep connection to the world around him. Robert’s combination of ecological awareness, technical skill, and team-first mindset makes him a valued member of our maintenance team—and a key part of our mission to care for landscapes with both precision and heart.

Luke McNeil

Landscape Maintenance Technician

Luke McNeil may be newer to the landscaping industry, but he’s already proving himself as a standout talent on our maintenance team. With just under a year of experience, Luke brings an impressive level of skill and precision to mowing—earning praise for clean lines, sharp edges, and a finished product that reflects care well beyond his years.

Known around the team as a bit of a “man of mystery,” Luke brings a quiet confidence and focused presence to every job site. He approaches his work with dedication and consistency, always looking for ways to improve and learn.

Outside of landscaping, Luke is an avid climber who enjoys the challenges and rewards of scaling new heights—whether on rock walls or out in nature. He’s also a fan of minimalist gear, preferring lightweight footwear to keep him fast and agile on the move. Luke’s attention to detail, work ethic, and cool-under-pressure attitude make him a valued and fast-rising member of our crew. We’re excited to see how far his skills—and his mysterious ways—take him in the landscaping world.

Joshua Calden

Landscape Maintenance Technician

Joshua Calden brings a wide range of experience and a strong work ethic to his role as a Landscape Maintenance Technician. With a diverse job history that spans multiple industries, Joshua draws on a broad skill set that makes him adaptable, resourceful, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes his way.

He’s known on the team for his sharp attention to detail and natural problem-solving abilities—qualities that ensure every property he works on is handled with care and precision. Whether it’s fine-tuning the finishing touches on a landscape or finding efficient solutions to unexpected issues, Joshua approaches each task with thoughtfulness and professionalism.

What truly sets Joshua apart is his deep care for those around him. He brings a strong sense of camaraderie to the job, always looking out for his teammates and contributing to a positive, respectful work environment. His dedication to both the craft and the crew makes him a trusted and valued member of our maintenance team. With a steady hand, a thoughtful approach, and a genuine commitment to people and quality, Joshua helps elevate every project he’s part of.

Andrew Kingston

Landscape Maintenance Technician

Andrew Kingston brings a strong work ethic, a few jokes, and a conscious, thoughtful approach to the team. He fits right in with the crew and enjoys learning from them. 

Balancing efficiency with attention to detail is Andrew’s specialty; he respects homeowners and their property, ensuring all standards are met. A carpenter by trade, Andrew takes pride in his work. He has a decade of property maintenance experience, including pressure washing, gutter cleaning, fall cleanups, spreading mulch, installing pavers, building retaining walls, and more. From kitchen remodels to new construction, Andrew has been involved in many aspects of residential homebuilding--from foundation to finish. This experience has given him a sharp eye and an adept ear for addressing homeowners’ concerns as if they were his own. After work, you can find Andrew on a walk or run. He enjoys reading, engaging conversation, and getting lost in the moment. A deep appreciation for nature--the full range of all four seasons--keeps him grounded. “There’s never bad weather, only bad gear.”

Raybern Bolton

Landscape Maintenance Technician

Originally from the South Coast of Massachusetts, Raybern is a recent transplant to the Pioneer Valley. With a mixed background in commercial cultivation, irrigation, and landscaping, he takes pride in his attention to detail and building strong client relationships. Ray enjoys using his experience to find creative solutions and is confident that with the eco valley team by his side no problem is unsolvable. Ray is greatful to be working in residential landscaping, to be able to bring clients’ visions to life while maintaining the beauty and standards of their homes. He brings a positive attitude and a general sense of curiosity that always keeps him learning. In his personal time he is passionate about the outdoors, sustainable living, and finding adventures—whether it’s with his partner, outside in the garden, or enjoying time with his dog, Pongo. He's excited to explore all the natural beauty this area has to offer and to meet and connect with our community and each of our clients along the way. 

Raymon Leon

Landscape Maintenance Technician

Andrew Kingston brings a strong work ethic, a few jokes, and a conscious, thoughtful approach to the team. He fits right in with the crew and enjoys learning from them. 

Raymond is one of the friendly faces on our lawn care team, known for his approachable personality and strong work ethic. Though he is newer to the landscaping industry, he brings a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a commitment to doing every job right. He takes pride in showing up each day ready to work hard and contribute to the team. Originally from Caguas, Puerto Rico, Raymond maintains a close connection to his roots and makes it a priority to visit every year. His appreciation for warm climates and vibrant landscapes carries over into his growing interest in lawn care and the outdoors. Outside of work, Raymond enjoys spending his time hiking and exploring new restaurants, always looking for his next favorite spot or scenic view. His love of the outdoors helps fuel his enthusiasm for the work he does and the properties he helps maintain. At home, Raymond is also the proud owner of a bearded dragon named Cooper, a fun and unique companion that reflects his easygoing personality. With his dedication, friendly nature, and eagerness to grow in the field, Raymond is a valued member of the team and someone clients can feel comfortable having on their property.
